Island hopping to Los Lobos and across the north of Fuerteventura
From Corralejo you will make a trip to Los Lobos, a protected nature reserve with a unique volcanic landscape and breathtaking views. Back on Fuerteventura, the tour begins along the rugged coast of El Cotillo and through the quiet interior via Tefia and to Villaverde and Lajares.

When you arrive in Lanzarote, a taxi transfer will be waiting for you. You will be driven to Orzola.
1| Graciosa
The tour starts with a short ferry ride from Órzola, Lanzarote, to the island of La Graciosa, a crossing of approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Caleta de Sebo, the main village, you start your walk around this island. You’ll follow sandy paths past beautiful, secluded beaches such as Playa de las Conchas, known for its clear blue waters and tranquil atmosphere. The route takes you through desert-like landscapes, with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean. You can also climb Montaña Bermeja for panoramic views. The walk ends again in Caleta de Sebo, a perfect place to enjoy a drink on a terrace before the boat comes to pick you up again.
2| Lanzarote Orzola to Haria
The walk from Órzola to Haría is a beautiful journey through the north of Lanzarote. You’ll start in the picturesque fishing village of Órzola, where you’ll begin walking along the coast with views of the ocean and nearby La Graciosa. The route leads you through the rugged interior, with the Corona volcano always in your sights. As you continue walking, you will pass characteristic Canarian houses and agricultural areas. The route ends in the village of Haría, surrounded by green valleys and palm trees.
3| Haria to Famara
The hike from Haria to Famara on Lanzarote takes you through the rugged landscape of the north. You start in Haria, known for its palm trees. The route gradually ascends to the Bosquecillo, a small forest on the plateau with beautiful views over the west coast and the Atlantic Ocean. You then descend along the impressive Famara Cliff, a steep rock wall hundreds of meters high, with spectacular views of Famara beach. The tour ends in quiet Famara, where surfers brave the waves.
4| Famara to Tinajo
The hike from Famara to Tinajo starts at the long, vast beach of Famara. The route follows an ascending path through volcanic landscape. You will pass old country roads and agricultural terraces that are typical of the area. Along the way you will see impressive views of the Atlantic Ocean and the interior of Lanzarote. The tour passes abandoned farms before arriving in the village of Tinajo, close to the volcanic Timanfaya National Park.
5| Tinajo to Yaiza
The walk from Tinajo to Yaiza takes you through the special wine region of La Geria, famous for its unique wine growing technique. The characteristic grape fields of La Geria. Here the vines are protected by semi-circular stone walls, built in small pits to retain moisture in the dry volcanic soil. The view over the vineyards surrounded by lava stones is spectacular. The tour overlooks the volcanoes of Timanfaya and eventually leads you to Yaiza.
6| Yaiza to Playa Blanca
The walk from Yaiza to Playa Blanca on the GR131 is a journey through the volcanic landscape of the south of Lanzarote. You depart from the traditional village of Yaiza and follow the well-marked path through the enchanting Timanfaya National Park, where you walk past solidified lava flows and black volcanic craters. The terrain is rugged with little vegetation. As you approach Playa Blanca, the landscape opens up and you get views of the coast and the nearby islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. The walk ends in Playa Blanca, a lively seaside resort. The same day you take the boat to Corralejo.
7| Fuerteventura
The crossing from Playa Blanca (Lanzarote) to Corralejo (Fuerteventura) is a short boat journey of approximately 30 minutes. During the crossing you can enjoy the south coast of Lanzarote and the northern dunes of Fuerteventura. Upon arrival in Corralejo, a lively seaside resort, you immediately step into a different environment and dynamics
8| Los Lobos
The circular walk on Los Lobos Island starts with a short crossing from Corralejo to this peaceful nature reserve. From the pier at Los Lobos you follow well-marked paths through a volcanic landscape. The route passes the base of La Caldera volcano, where, if you wish, you can make a short climb for panoramic views over Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. Then you walk along quiet bays such as Playa de la Concha. The walk ends back at the pier.
9| Corralejo to El Cotillo
The walking route from Corralejo to El Cotillo takes you past barren landscapes and secluded beaches. You start in bustling Corralejo, with views of the volcanic hills. The tour follows the rugged northwest coast, where it is a mix of sandy paths and rocky sections. Along the way you will pass quiet bays, such as Playa de Majanicho, a paradise for those seeking peace and quiet and surfers. The route ends in the fishing village of El Cotillo, famous for its natural lagoons and relaxed atmosphere. A route full of contrasts between sea, sand and rocks!
10| El Cotillo via Tindaya to Tefia
The walking route from El Cotillo to Tefia via Tindaya takes you through the authentic interior of Fuerteventura. From the coastal town of El Cotillo you walk inland along dry plains and sweeping views. The route takes you to the sacred mountain Tindaya, an iconic and mystical landscape that was seen as spiritual by the original inhabitants. You climb through the rugged terrain. After Tindaya you continue walking towards Tefia, a quiet, traditional village known for its old windmills and Canarian culture. You will stay here for 2 nights.
11| Tefia Tindaya to El Molino (Round)
The circular walk from Tefia to El Molino takes you through a beautiful part of Fuerteventura. From the quiet village of Tefia you follow a path that leads you into the barranco (gorge), with its green vegetation contrasting with the dry landscape. The quiet walking route takes you to, including El Molino. While you walk through the barranco, you can fully enjoy the vegetation of this barranco. The route ends back in Tefia.
11| Tefia to Villaverde
This stage runs from the quiet village of Tefía to the higher Villaverde, with views and a unique atmosphere. As soon as you leave Tefía behind you, you enter a landscape characterized by rolling hills, dry rivers and old paths. Here you feel the silence of Fuerteventura, surrounded by basalt rocks and soft sand plains.

12| Villaverde to Corralejo
Today you walk from the rural Villaverde back to the bustling Corralejo, via the creative village of Lajares. This stage shows you the transition from the quiet interior of Fuerteventura to the lively coastal region full of surfers, beaches and cozy cafes.
