Each island has its own colour. You will receive this Canary Islands walking pin when you complete the GR131 Camino Naturales on one of the seven islands. If you are part of a group, you will receive it at the end of the GR131. If you are an individual hiker, you will take a stamp card with you, which you will sign at various points along the way. With this card, you will receive the Canary Hiking pin you have earned. You are entitled to this if you have booked your trip with Canary Hiking!
Colours
Each island has a different colour. Have you walked the 630 km and collected all the colours here below?
Then you are one of the people who have walked around the Canary Islands and you will receive a unique walking medaille from Canary Hiking. How cool is it to be one of those people?
Islands
To get your pin, you will have to cross one or more of the following islands: Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro. These seven islands are all unique, all different, all with different altitudes and distances. Some are easy, others more challenging. But receiving each Canary Islands walking pin will give you the courage to go on to the next island until perhaps you receive the ultimate medal!
