1| Arrival in Las Palmas
A car will be waiting for you upon arrival in Gran Canaria. Simply report to the Car Rental at the airport, where you will receive your keys and your adventure can begin.
Your first stay is in Vega de San Mateo or, if you prefer, in Tejeda. Breakfast is included, so that you can start each day well.
2| Natural beauty and panoramic views
Today is all about nature and views. You start the day with a visit to one of the most beautiful and largest botanical gardens in Spain: the Jardín Botánico Viera y Clavijo. Here you can walk through no less than 27 hectares full of exotic plants and flowers, including more than 500 endemic Canarian species. You drive into the mountain landscape. The drive leads towards the Mirador de Montaña Cabreja, with views over Vega de San Mateo and the surrounding mountains. Then follows the spectacular Mirador Degollada de Becerra, where you have a wide panorama over the Caldera de Tejeda and the iconic Roque Bentayga.
The absolute highlight of the day is reaching Los Pechos (Pico de las Nieves), the highest point of Gran Canaria at 1,949 meters. Here starts a beautiful walk that you get from us.

3| Teror
Every Sunday from 09:00 to 15:00, the centre of Teror, around the Basilica of Nuestra Señora del Pino, turns into a bustling market. This market, one of the oldest on the island with a history of two centuries, offers a range of local products such as chorizo de Teror, cheeses, honey, pastries, religious articles, textiles and handicrafts. The green hills and ravines around Teror offer beautiful hiking opportunities. We will give you a fantastic beautiful walk.

4| Walk in the Bandama Caldera: A natural pearl on Gran Canaria
The Bandama Caldera is an impressive volcanic crater and one of the most unique natural areas on Gran Canaria. This special place invites you to an adventurous walk that takes you along rugged crater walls, lush vegetation and breathtaking views.

5 | Los Azulejos de Veneguera & Barranco de Guayadeque
Los Azulejos de Veneguera, also known as the “rainbow rocks” of Gran Canaria, are one of the most colorful and photogenic natural phenomena on the island. A landscape of rock formations in vibrant shades of green, blue, red and ochre. These striking colors are the result of millions of years of volcanic activity and hydrothermal processes, in which minerals such as iron and copper oxidized and gave the rocks their characteristic appearance. We will provide you with the walking route.
