1| Arrival in Las Palmas
Upon arrival at the airport you will be taken to your accommodation. You spend the night in a luxury accommodation, with breakfast.

2| Hiking in the heart of Gran Canaria – Tejeda & Roque Nublo
Stay in the charming mountain village of Tejeda, located in the heart of Gran Canaria. From this peaceful base, you explore the island on foot, surrounded by a varied landscape of mountains, pine forests, and open terrain.
You’ll follow a selection of circular walks from Tejeda, always returning to the same accommodation. Along the way, you’ll often have views of the iconic Roque Nublo, one of the island’s most recognizable landmarks.

We provide several GPX routes with different distances, allowing you to choose the walks that suit you best. From shorter, relaxed hikes to longer and more challenging days, you can shape your own walking experience at your own pace.
After each hike, you return to Tejeda, where you can relax and enjoy the local atmosphere and restaurants in the village.

3| Tejeda – mountain village in the heart of Gran Canaria
Tejeda is located in the centre of Gran Canaria and is often considered one of the most beautiful villages on the island. Its compact centre, with white houses, narrow streets, and a relaxed atmosphere, makes it a pleasant place to stay during your walking trip.

In the heart of the village, you’ll find the church of Tejeda, a central meeting point where local life takes place. Around the square, there are small terraces where you can sit and enjoy a drink.
Tejeda is also known for its traditional bakeries, where you can taste local specialties such as almond-based pastries and sweets typical of the region. Perfect to take along as a snack for your hike.
Thanks to its central location, Tejeda is an ideal base for walks in the island’s interior, surrounded by mountains and close to the iconic Roque Nublo.

4| Circular walk Roque Bentayga
Today you’ll take a beautiful circular walk to Roque Bentayga. From Tejeda, you walk through open mountain landscapes towards this distinctive rock formation, which played an important role in the history of the island’s original inhabitants.
The route follows quiet paths along mountain slopes and through small valleys. Along the way, you’ll have regular views of both Roque Bentayga and the surrounding mountains, with Roque Nublo visible in the distance.

Near Roque Bentayga, you can take a short climb to a viewpoint close to the rock, offering a clear view of the central part of Gran Canaria. You then return to Tejeda via a different route.

5| Transfer Tejeda → Agaete
Today you leave the interior of Gran Canaria and travel towards the coast to Agaete. In the morning, there is still time for a short walk around Tejeda.
After this final impression of the island’s interior, you will be transferred to Agaete, a pleasant coastal town in the northwest of the island. You’ll stay close to the sea, with a small harbour, restaurants, and the well-known natural seawater pools.

The rest of the day is free to enjoy at your own pace. Take a stroll, relax at a terrace by the water, or go for a refreshing swim.

6| Walking through an old river valley & coffee plantation visit
Today you’ll enjoy a varied walk through an old riverbed in the green north of Gran Canaria. The trail follows a peaceful landscape shaped by water and time, with a mix of open sections and shaded paths.

Halfway through the day, you visit a small coffee plantation, a unique highlight of this region. Here you’ll join a guided tour and learn about the local production process, from plant to cup. As part of the experience, you can even roast your own coffee beans, offering a hands-on insight into the craft.
After the visit, you continue your walk through the valley and return to your accommodation.

7| Tamadaba Natural Park & Tres Presas route
Take a taxi or bus to San Pedro, the starting point of the beautiful Tres Presas route. From here, you head straight into nature and follow old paths and water channels that define this area. The trail is varied, with quiet sections and open views over the surrounding valleys.
Along the way, you’ll see how water has shaped the landscape over time. The mix of mountain paths, historic water infrastructure, and peaceful nature makes this a varied and interesting walking day.

Later in the day, you reach the Tamadaba Natural Park, one of the greenest and most peaceful areas of Gran Canaria. Here you walk through vast pine forests and past reservoirs hidden in the mountains. It is a relaxed section with plenty of shade and a constant change between forest and open terrain.
After the hike, you can choose to walk back, or take a taxi back to your accommodation.
